BOOKEEEZ is a marketplace and booking platform. It helps clients discover independent professionals — beauty, hair, photography, fitness, lessons, home services and more — see starting prices and real availability, request a service, agree on a final quote and reserve a time slot.

BOOKEEEZ is not the service provider. Every professional on BOOKEEEZ works for themselves. They are not employees, agents or partners of BOOKEEEZ.

• You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country to use BOOKEEEZ.
• You must give accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One account can be used as a client, as a professional, or both. Professional profiles only become publicly visible once the required profile information is complete.

• The service itself: quality, safety, hygiene, materials and results.
• Accurate services, descriptions, portfolio content and starting prices.
• Honest availability, and showing up for confirmed appointments.
• Any licences, permits, certifications, insurance and taxes required for their work where they operate.
• Owning or having the rights to the photos and content they upload.

• Describing what they need accurately when sending a request.
• Reviewing the final quote before accepting it.
• Arriving on time for confirmed appointments, or cancelling in good time.
• Paying the professional the agreed amount for the service performed.

Prices shown on a professional's profile are starting prices. The binding amount is the final quote a professional sends for your specific request. BOOKEEEZ does not process online payments at this time: you accept the quote on BOOKEEEZ and pay the professional directly at your appointment. The planned future online-payment model is described on the Payments & cancellations page and will only apply once online payments launch.

Cancellation and rescheduling rules are described in the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• No harassment, hate, threats, spam or illegal activity.
• No fake profiles, fake reviews, stolen portfolio images or misleading claims.
• No moving clients off-platform to avoid BOOKEEEZ rules, and no attempts to bypass platform fees once online payments launch.
• No scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the platform.

BOOKEEEZ may limit visibility, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Reviews can only be written by a client who actually completed a booking with that professional, and only once per booking. Reviews must describe a genuine experience. BOOKEEEZ may remove reviews that break these terms.

You keep ownership of your content. By uploading it you allow BOOKEEEZ to display and promote it within the platform for the purpose of running the marketplace.

BOOKEEEZ provides the discovery, messaging and booking infrastructure. It does not guarantee the outcome, quality or availability of any service, and it does not guarantee that you will personally like a result. Disputes are between the client and the professional; BOOKEEEZ can help with clear platform issues such as a no-show or a service that was never performed. BOOKEEEZ is provided as-is and may change, pause or remove features as the product evolves.
