BOOKEEEZ is a booking marketplace for independent professionals — beauty, hair, photography, fitness, lessons, home services and more. Instead of chasing someone through DMs, you see their work, their services, their starting prices and their real availability, then book a time.

Search by what you need, where you are and when you want it, or browse by category. Each result shows the professional's category, area, rating, starting price and next availability, so you can compare before opening a profile.

A bio, portfolio gallery, services with prices, social or portfolio links, reviews from completed bookings, and a live availability calendar.

You send a request with the service, your preferred time and any details. The professional can ask questions in chat, then sends a final quote with itemised lines and a total. You accept or decline. Nothing is reserved until you accept.

A starting price is the lowest realistic price for that service — a 'from' price. The final quote is the binding amount for your specific request, once the professional knows the details (length, add-ons, travel, duration).

Yes. Chat opens on the request so you can align on details, and everything stays attached to that booking.

Discover → see prices → send a request → chat → receive the final quote → accept it and pay in full → once your payment is verified, the slot is permanently reserved in the professional's calendar. A reserved slot disappears from their public availability, so it cannot be double-booked.

Once, on BOOKEEEZ, when you confirm your booking. You pay the full agreed price from your quote through Stripe's secure payment page — BOOKEEEZ never sees your card details — and there is nothing left to pay at your appointment.

The moment your full payment is verified. Accepting a quote only holds the time briefly; until the payment is verified another client can still book it, and the slot is only permanently reserved once payment is verified.

Cancel from your bookings screen. Your booking shows the cancellation policy and exact deadline that applies to you. For rescheduling, agree a new time in chat before the applicable deadline. The Cancellation Policy page explains refund eligibility.

You are refunded in full, the slot is released, and you are notified so you can rebook someone else. The Cancellation Policy page explains this in more detail.

Only a client who actually completed a booking with that professional, and only once per booking. This is enforced on the server, so reviews on BOOKEEEZ always come from a real appointment.

Create an account, choose 'offer your services', then complete the guided setup: your name, category, area, bio, services and prices, portfolio images, social or portfolio links, and your working hours. When the required items are complete you can publish your profile and start receiving requests.
