• Your name and email address, and your sign-in method (email, Google or Apple).
• Whether you use BOOKEEEZ as a client, a professional, or both.
• Your profile photo, if you upload one.

Passwords and social sign-in credentials are handled by the authentication provider — BOOKEEEZ never sees your password.

If you offer services, you also provide a bio, category, service area / location, services and prices, portfolio images, social or portfolio links and availability. This information is intentionally public once you publish your profile — that is how clients find and book you.

• Requests, quotes, booking dates, statuses and cancellations.
• Messages exchanged between a client and a professional about a request.
• Reviews you write after a completed booking.

The two people involved in a booking can see each other's first name and photo so they know who they are meeting. Message content is visible only to the two participants and, where strictly necessary, to BOOKEEEZ for safety, fraud or dispute handling.

Location search is optional. If you choose "use my current location", your device location is used once to find nearby places and is not stored as a tracking history. Professionals' service areas are stored on their public profile because clients need to know where a service happens.

• To let clients discover professionals and see real availability.
• To handle requests, quotes, bookings, notifications and reviews.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of the platform.
• To fix problems and improve the product.

BOOKEEEZ does not sell your personal information.

BOOKEEEZ does not process online payments today and does not collect or store card details anywhere in the app. If online payments launch, payment data would be handled by the selected payment provider and this policy would be updated before that happens. See Payments & cancellations.

BOOKEEEZ relies on infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, file storage and location search. They process data only to provide those services.

Account, profile and booking records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting or dispute reasons. You can edit or remove most profile information yourself at any time, and you can ask for your account and data to be deleted.

• Access, correct or update your account and profile information in the app.
• Unpublish a professional profile so it is no longer publicly visible.
• Request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account.
